  • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and serve targeted advertisements.

How We Use Your Information

Automated Replies to Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we send you an immediate reply by email. To produce that reply, the information you entered in the form is processed by two third-party providers on our behalf:

  • Anthropic (the Claude AI service) receives your name, business name, existing website, preferred contact method, and project description in order to draft a personalized reply and to categorize your enquiry for our own records. It does not receive your email address or phone number.
  • Resend (an email delivery service) receives your name and email address in order to deliver that reply to you, and to send us an internal notification about your enquiry.

These providers process this information only to deliver the service described above. The reply you receive is generated automatically and is followed up by a person. If you would prefer not to have your submission processed this way, email us at the address below instead of using the form.

Payments

Payments to Better Website Services are processed by Stripe, Inc. When we send you a payment link, you pay on Stripe’s own secure checkout page. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our website or our systems.

To set up a payment, we share with Stripe your name, your email address, the name of your project and the amount due. Stripe uses this, together with the payment details you give it, to process the payment, send you a receipt, and prevent fraud. For fraud prevention, Stripe may also collect information about your device and connection. If you pay by bank transfer (ACH), Stripe may help you connect your bank account securely through its own service.

Payment links we email you are personal to you and expire. Please don’t forward them.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
